XJCSENSOR
XJCSENSOR XJC six-axis force/torque sensor for robots and automated equipment, with IP65 protection, high accuracy and repeatability, a wide operating temperature range, multiple capacity options, and an optional RS485 interface for PLC integration.
XJCSENSOR XJC Six-Axis Force/Torque Sensor, IP65 is a six-axis force and torque sensor for robotic systems and automated production equipment.
Manufactured by XJCSENSOR, model XJC offers two capacity options of 200 N.m and 1000 N.m, nonlinearity of 0.5% F.S., and repeatability better than 0.1% F.S. for precision torque and force monitoring applications.
The sensor operates from -20 to 80°C with compensated performance from -10 to 40°C, and maintains thermal stability with output drift under 0.1% F.S. per 10°C.
IP65 environmental protection supports use in industrial settings where dust and moisture are present.
The unit accepts 5 to 10 VDC excitation and offers an optional RS485 digital interface for integration with PLCs and motion controllers.
Cable configuration includes two 4.5×0.5 m conductors, two 4.5×7.0 m conductors, and a 14-pin plug connector.
The sensor tolerates overloads up to 300% of full scale and maintains insulation resistance above 2000 MΩ at 50 VDC.
Thermal stability is supported by output drift under 0.1% F.S. per 10°C, suited to variable temperature conditions.
Suitable for robotic end-of-arm tooling, assembly verification stations, and test fixtures where multi-axis force feedback is required.
This sensor captures force and torque across all six axes simultaneously, whereas traditional load cells measure only vertical or single-direction load. Choose this when your application requires simultaneous monitoring of multiple force vectors and rotational forces.
