The WINGMAN is an automatic tool changer from TripleA Robotics that allows collaborative robots to switch between multiple end effectors during operation.
With a rated payload of 33 kg and positioning repeatability of ±0.03 mm, the system supports precision applications while maintaining the flexibility needed for multi-tool deployments.
The complete assembly adds just 30 mm to combined height and weighs 260 g.
The system features a standard ISO flange interface and modular pass-through components that can be positioned to accommodate cable routing requirements.
When used with URcap software on Universal Robots platforms, setup time is reduced to one minute for automatic tool change configuration.
The WINGMAN is compatible with FAIRINO cobot models FR3, FR3(WMS), FR3(WML), FR5, FR10, FR16, FR20, FR30, and FR35, enabling integrators to standardize tooling across installations while maintaining rapid changeover capability.
